Microsoft XP can be set to display in large numbers languages and Microsoft Word type in different languages. The use of the language bar and adding different keyboard layouts is an easy task. The language bar allows you to change input languages quickly. Used in conjunction with the virtual keyboard you can input just about any language. Many special language charters can also be added to a document using CTL characters. The following 3 links explain how to change languages in windows.

Microsoft Word Markup
Peer editing and as well as teacher feed back can be given in an electronic method. Instead of marking up a paper copy of written work Microsoft office can markup a document digitally and track all the revisions of the document.
