I am teaching biology to your son/daughter. I would like to introduce myself and tell you what you can expect from me as a teacher at Greenway High School.
I chose to teach biology after a career as an exercise physiologist. I feel I can contribute to the education of students who must take biology as a requirement as well as those who are interested in the medical and biotechnology fields as a possible career choice.
I have a master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Arizona. I worked as the Director of Sports Medicine at John C. Lincoln Hospital, and later opened a personal training business, FitLife Health Systems. My experiences working with young people prompted me to change fields.
