I have really short hair in this picture. I had to cut it all off when I shattered my elbow back in May '08 (it's hard to do your hair with one arm!). Notice how my right arm is weirdly bent? That's because it won't go straight anymore...
Personal Information:
- Raised in Phoenix, AZ and graduate of Washington High School, right here in the Glendale Union High School District
- Interests include Diamondback games, gardening, shopping, reading memoirs, watching Project Runway, Law and Order reruns and the NBC Thursday night lineup, traveling with friends and family, watching my 2-year-old nephew grow up.
- This picture is with my husband, Adam (who also teaches math at Greenway) and we are in Kaua'i, Hawai'i in July of 2008. We are at the highest point you can drive on the island, and it's the lookout to the top of Mount Wai'ale'ale, "The Wettest Spot on Earth". It rains over 430 inches per year up there!
- I think math is fun, easy and important. I work hard to convey those ideals in my classroom every day.
