Located in rooms 1008 and 1009, the S.P.A.R.K. Center is a place to study and complete homework assignments before and after school, to receive breakfast or a snack after studying for fifteen minutes, and to get extra help from adult tutors who are experienced in Math and English. The S.P.A.R.K. Center is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 7:00 A.M. to 7:55 A.M. and from 2:40 to 3:45 P.M., Wednesday from 7 A.M. to 8:55 A.M. and 2:40-3:45 P.M., and on Friday from 7:00- 7:55 A.M. The S.P.A.R.K. Center is closed on Friday afternoon. A late bus at 3:45 P.M. is available Monday through Thursday. The adult instructional aides tutor students at the S.P.A.R.K. Center in Math, English, and READ 180. They assist students in the S.P.A.R.K. Center using computers. The tutors will contact parents concerning student performance, and provide a warm and positive atmosphere to encourage student learning. Mr. Darrell Barrett is the S.P.A.R.K.
