⏰ Timeline
• Graduates arrive by 4:40pm through Gate 7
• Guest doors open at 4:45pm through the main entrance
• Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm and will end around 6:30pm

🎟 Ticket Information
• Each graduate receives 6 FREE tickets
• Graduates may purchase up to 14 additional tickets for $5 each at the bookstore
• All debts must be cleared before purchasing tickets or receiving cap/gown & graduation tickets
• No refunds
• All tickets are general admission

♿ ADA Seating
ADA accommodations are available through Guest Services inside the arena (1 ADA seat + 1 guest only).

🚗 Parking & Entry
• Graduates park FREE in Lot G (vehicle must only include graduates)
• Guests also park in Lot G
• Parking is $15 per vehicle
• Desert Diamond Arena is a cashless facility — card only
• Plan for long lines and arrive early
• All guests must pass through metal detectors and MUST have a ticket for entry

👜 Arena Guidelines
• Only 4.5” x 6” bags allowed
• No food, gift bags, helium balloons, posters, air horns, extended lens cameras, or glass vases permitted

📚 Senior Reminders
• Seniors’ last day is Friday, May 15
• Graduation tickets will be distributed after Chromebook collection on May 15
• MANDATORY graduation practice is Tuesday, May 19 at 8:30am in the Greenway Main Gym
• Graduates will pick up cap & gown after practice
